that special place that just reached out and grabbed me. I have always loved
this land with its panoramic mountain views and National Forest nearby to

My real estate career started over 30 years ago in San Francisco, CA, as a sales
associate for the largest residential real estate firm in the nation. The
following year as a top sales associate and broker, I directed my effort and
knowledge as a professional with the full time desire to be the best representative
to my clients. In 1984, the firm offered me the position to move my career into
management. I felt it was a privilege to manage the flagship office for the firm.
In 1995 I was introduced to Pagosa Springs, immediately I fell in love with this
quiet town that had so many amenities. Since 1997 I have become a property owner of

I am a native Colaradoan as my family settled near Trinidad, Colorado on the Purgatory River in 1870. However, I have spent the greater part of my adult life in Tacoma, Washington. When my husband and I visited Pagosa Springs on a ski vacation, we were fascinated by the area with its proximity to the mountains and the small-town ambience. After retiring from our jobs in Washington State in 2000, we bought a home and moved to Pagosa Springs. I became a realtor the same year and have enjoyed the wonderful country.
