I'm Lynn Cook, the Broker/Owner of Four Seasons Land Company. In 1989, when my family and I were just visiting "The West", Pagosa Springs was that special place that just reached out and grabbed me. I have always loved this land with its panoramic mountain views and National Forest nearby to everything. Pagosa is the perfect place for camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, packing, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, and on and on.

My real estate career started over 30 years ago in San Francisco, CA, as a sales associate for the largest residential real estate firm in the nation. The following year as a top sales associate and broker, I directed my effort and knowledge as a professional with the full time desire to be the best representative to my clients. In 1984, the firm offered me the position to move my career into management. I felt it was a privilege to manage the flagship office for the firm. In 1995 I was introduced to Pagosa Springs, immediately I fell in love with this quiet town that had so many amenities. Since 1997 I have become a property owner of a home, income property and land. Leila (Lee) B. Constant loves the mountains, rivers and lands of southwestern Colorado. She is a native of Pagosa Springs who has witnessed a lot of changes in the area. Lee raises Registered Appaloosa horses and enjoys meeting people and showing them around the countryside. Lee finds living amongst the mountains to be peaceful, yet stimulating and humbling.
